Shipping Policy

All the materials are packed in quality waterproof cartons with special care.
After your order has been confirmed on completion of payment, we will dispatch your products to the parcel services within 24-72 hours.
We will constantly monitor each order to ensure it reaches you quickly.
The minimum purchase price inside TamilNadu should be Rs 2000/- (after discount).
Free delivery will be applicable on all orders above Rs 5000/-(after discount). *This is applicable only for orders from Tamilnadu(Other states orders need to bear the deivery charges even if the order value is above Rs 5000/-)
In case if the order is below Rs 2000/- the customer has to get the material from the nearest parcel services (after discount).
Any purchase below Rs. 2000/- has to bear the delivery charges
After the order has been successfully placed, products will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
Delivery may take a few additional days if there are public holidays or bandhs in between.

Cancellation & Refund:

15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
Customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation
